I now have a skeletal weblog. Quite pleased I am! Not as pleased as the time I found the cast-off skin of a dragonfly nymph on the side of a fountain pool (it was not an oft-cleaned fountain pool) but nonetheless, pleased.
Tired as well, today has been a maintenance day for the brain. At least that's what the sign says-- I'm not really sure what they're doing down there.
Today has been Fathers' Day for a while in my time zone, I still have to send an e-mail to my mother which will reach my grandfather by fax.
Convenient, but still-- there's the content.
I haven't written to relatives in years, and in this state of mind, I cannot but create a flat report of my current status, and where I'll be spending my summer semester... or so it seems. I hope to find things easier than that.
As for my situation, I am studying for the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) here at Zhongda and will spend the summer at the University of Science and Technology in Beijing. It'll work out fine.
